Shipping Policy

All orders are sent out in plain packaging. Only your name and address will show on the front, and just our return address in small print on the back. The name Sinsin will NOT appear on the package. We respect your confidentiality and privacy.

To ensure safe and secure delivery of all our postal options, a signature is required upon delivery, thus we cannot deliver to PO BOX numbers. Should you wish to discuss other options than those stated below please contact us and we will do our best for you. 

Postage: choices & costs

  • £ 3.50 - UK Basic: Recorded Delivery, you will receive your parcel within 3 days
  • £ 4.50 - UK Standard: Recorded delivery, you will receive priority over Basic deliveries. We aim to dispatch your order by the end of the next working day assuming goods are in stock & are ordered by credit/debit card.
  • £ 7.00 - UK Special: Special delivery you will receive your parcel by noon next day (order has to be placed by 12 noon for this option - please note orders placed on a Friday cannot be 100% guaranteed delevery due to Post Office policies)
  • £10.00 - EUROPE: International Signed For means that the order can only be delivered with a signature to ensure delivery. All items are tracked until they leave the UK – and in some cases on arrival in the destination country.
  • £15.00 - USA & REST OF THE WORLD: International Signed For means that the order can only be delivered with a signature to ensure delivery. All items are tracked until they leave the UK – and in some cases on arrival in the destination country. Post office policy requires a customs label is attached to the parcel stating the contents. We will be as discreet as possible in this regard.

Delivery

All orders are sent in plain packaging, with 2 Charing Cross, Norwich NR2 4AL as the return address. Since all our parcels are sent by either recorded or special delivery they all require a signature upon delivery as proof that they have arrived. If you aren’t in when the parcel arrives a delivery slip will be put through your letterbox telling you where to go to pick your parcel up from. You usually have up to 2 weeks within which to go & get your parcel otherwise it gets sent back to us & we will have to charge you to send it out again. (This can happen if you are away on holiday etc…).

If you know you will be out when your parcel is due but want to make sure you get it immediately we would suggest one of two options: Firstly if you have a friendly neighbour you could ask them to sign for it for you. Secondly you can always get us to send your parcel to you at work if that is ok with your boss… just fill in the details in the delivery section at the checkout – as long as we have your home address as well this is fine.
