Prices
- The price you pay for is displayed clearly on the website and includes Value Added Tax for UK residents. Taxes for overseas deliveries are your responsibility
- We check the website frequently to ensure that our pricing is correct. In the instance that our prices are displayed incorrectly, we will notify you of the error prior to despatch of the goods and give you the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish.
- Our prices are set in pounds sterling.
Delivery
- We aim for all our orders to be picked and dispatched within the time specified based on the delivery option you choose. If items are out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our friendly team who will ask you how you would like to proceed. You will have the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
- Orders will only be sent out on completion of cleared funds. Cheques can take up to 5 working days to clear.
- BASIC orders are sent 1st Class recorded delivery via the Royal Mail and incur a £3.50 picking, packing, posting fee. However some orders might be sent to you via private courier at our discretion. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. Other postage options are available to you at varying rates dependent on your requirements.
- Two other postal options are available for you:
STANDARD: this service promises priority over all Basic deliveries. We aim to dispatch your order by the end of the next working day assuming goods are in stock & are ordered by credit/debit card. The charge for this service is £4.50.
SPECIAL: this service guarantees next day delivery for those of you who just can't wait and assuming goods are in stock & goods are ordered by credit/debit card. Orders for this service must be received by 12 noon in order for us to provide you with this 24 hour service. The cost for this service is £7.00 please note orders placed on a Friday are not 100% guaranteed for Saturday delivery due to Post Office policies.
- We will charge extra for delivering goods overseas based on the weight of the parcel and the destination. Please see number 8 below for further information.
- All orders will be dispatched in plain, strong, padded packaging, with your name & address on the front & our address (not name!) only on the reverse.
- All orders will require a signature at the delivery point. If you instruct the courier company to leave products unattended, we will not be responsible for loss.
- Delivery can only be made to a UK address unless overseas delivery is agreed via email prior to the order being placed, as the postage rates & delivery times will vary. The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. Should further assistance be required by our friends overseas, please email us with your circumstances.
- We reserve the right to amend our mailing policy any time.
Returns / Cancellation of orders under UK law
(UK customers only)
Sinsin’s wants you to be happy with your product, that's why we’ve made it very easy for you to return any item which complies with the conditions below. Goods returned for exchange or refund must in all respects be in the condition you received them. This offer applies for 28 days (most companies offer 14 days) from the date of purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights. Please remember to always obtain proof of return and keep this in a safe place.
- This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows: All goods come with a 28 day no quibble guarantee. If for any reason at all you are not happy with what you've bought simply return it to us within 28 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money. Please note that postage and packaging costs are non refundable. HOWEVER,
- The product(s) must be unused. We simply will not accept returned products which have been opened or soiled. The product(s) must be in its original condition and in the box or packaging in which it arrived. All items must still be in their original & unopened shrinkwrap.
- For reasons of hygiene, we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free toys (eg. vibrators), creams or accessories once the shrinkwrap packaging has been opened under any circumstances.
- We must receive the product back within 28 days from order being completed.
- You must also return all free products given to you by us at the time of purchase, or we will deduct the cost of those products (RRP) from your refund. The cost of any used free products will also be deducted from your refund.
- Personalised goods, made to order goods, videos and DVDs cannot be returned, so please be sure of your selection before ordering.
- When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you use new batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.
- To return an item contact us first for a returns number (see contact details above), we recommend you use 1st class recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
- If we cannot exchange an item (eg. it is no longer available), we will offer you alternative goods or a refund.
- Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
